Ladies and gentlemen welcome back to Source Material.  I am your host, Jesse Starcher, and tonight we continue with part 2 of our 3 part coverage of the 12 issue Batman arc that was released in 2002 and 2003, Hush. After a nasty fall caused by someone who cut the batline mid swing, Batman has not fully recovered but is back on the streets attempting to find out who wanted to cause him harm.  Also a childhood friend, Thomas Elliot, has returned from the past to catch up and also happened to be the brilliant brain surgeon that was able to save Bruce Wayne from a skull fracture caused by the aforementioned fall.  Clues have led them to known Batman rogue, Poison Ivy, who has since escaped to Metropolis.

We last left Batman and Catwoman in the sewers of Metropolis.  They unfortunately had to retreat when they attempted to capture and interrogate, Poison Ivy.  You see, Ivy can make those who come in close contact with her do her bidding.  And this time she has none other than Superman under her spell.

Accompanying me on this journey is none other than the RIBN resident evil ginger Jayson Teasley and the Screaming Boy Podcast's own Ronnie Adams.

Don't forget to give that RIBN facebook page a like to stay up on top of all the great podcasts that we have to offer.  if you would like to follow me on twitter, you can do so by finding me @stiznarkey also the SM twitter is @sourcematcast.
