Mark's Diary: Happy Pneumonia New Year

The Diet Diary has been refurbished into just a personal diary.  I have no idea how often I'm going to do this but when I have something to say, this will be the format.

Oh and on Dec 31 I was told, "Go to the hospital, I think you have pneumonia...or it's a cardiac issue.  Either way, the CVS Minute Clinic isn't the appropriate level of care for you at this juncture.
