Rise Uniting People for Progress presents "Handcuffs Off", hosted by Jihad Siddiq, featuring segments by Juan K Rogers, Marcellus Morris, and Toni Brown.

Jihad Siddiq did 28 years in prison for murder before changing his life and becoming a productive, law abiding citizen, a mentor, youth advocate, Projects Manager for the Rise UP organization.

Today's interviews are with Jerome Jones who served over 20 years in NY State & Federal penitentiaries, has returned to citizenship and became a thriving member of society, and business owner in his community.
He is candid about what led to his incarceration and what has helped set him free to thrive and continue to grow as a part of his community and loving member of his family.

The second interview is with Pastor Kenny Simmons of ColdSpring Bible Chapel, who also works as the director of Youth and Family Services fo rthe city of Buffalo, among many othr positions of responsibility and advocacy for troubled youth and in support of his community.
He talks of is childhood and how he was inspired to be the force that he is in his community.
