Georgia Organizer Damita Bishop joins Max and Yusuf to discuss Georgia's early abolition organizing efforts. As we continue to introduce the class of 2023's Constitutional Slavery Abolition Efforts, we'll also show you how The whole Damn System is Guilty As Hell. The constitutional violations of 6th and 8th amendment rights and the unconstitutional trickery involved in plea bargains.

Damita is the founder of F.A.I.R. (Fighting Against Institutionalized Railroading). Host of the vlogcast PLAY F.A.I.R FRIDAY, and lead organizer for the Abolish Slavery National Network's  #AbolishSlaveryGA campaign.

We've got music from Raphael Saadiq, Tony Krane, Chris Black, and Canon. We'll also hear the words of the ancestors revived for a new generation in our Bridging The Gap Segment through Emmanuel Akinkoulie as he reads from Ottobah Cugoano's 'Thoughts and Sentiments on the Evil and Wicked Traffic of the Slavery and Commerce of the Human Species.'
