We dig deeply into the term and practice of involuntary servitude. What it is, how it works, who it appllies to, why it's even legal, and how it's simultaneously ILLEGAL for every other nation in the world except the US.

We'll be joined by slavery abolitionist Samual Nathaniel Brown. Original author of the California abolition act which he wrote while incarcerated. He's one of the lead advocates for ACA8. The 2023 California Abolition Act.  California and North Carolina are the only two states that abolished slavery in their state constitution, but added an exception to protect the practice of involuntary servitude.  As always we ask why, then provide real answers.
