Renew Your Mind Through the Word of GOD

Romans 12:2 "And do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." NKJV

There are two primary reasons why it is very important that you Renew Your Mind with the Word of God.


1. It is a directive from God! Even though you have accepted Jesus as your Personal Lord and Savior, you still do not have full access to the "Mind of Christ" and you have much work to do to become a Disciple.


2. Because you are a spiritual being in a physical body you are continually changing. It is not only your body that is changing but your mind. It is just as important to take care of your brain as it is the rest of your body. Now there is a way to renew your mind God's way. The way that He intended. When an unbeliever invites Jesus Christ to save them and live in their heart,they must go to the Bible to renew their mind to conform to the Word of God. This is important for all Christians to do because we were born into this world and will have worldly thinking. As we read and study the Bible the Holy Spirit will assist in the transformation of our minds to have the mind of Christ. The renewal of the mind is a daily and ongoing process that is accomplished as we desire to stay close to the Lord.
