Cyberbullying and Social Media was a topic that we first discussed here on the Podcast in 2016, but it seems to be increasing and now teen suicide rates are on the rise with heavy use of smartphones and social media.  A study shows that suicide rates among teenagers have risen along with their ownership of smartphones and the overuse of social media, suggesting a disturbing link between technology and teen self-harm.

This evening's Podcast guest is Precious Allen, an International Children's Book author of "Love You For You!" and educator. She teaches in the inner city of Chicago, IL and is deeply passionate about building self-esteem and preventing suicide amongst young children.
