After consideration of some 24 candidates across the nation, Sister Abdullah was elected recently to lead the CWSC national non-profit intelligentsia and resource center. She succeeds Mukhtar Muhammad as the third Executive Director for CWSC. The late Imam Thomas Abdul Salaam was CWSC's first chief executive.
