• Have you had enough?  Are you like me ? … Tired of reading in the newspaper or turning on the television only to hear about some unfortunate individual sanctioned  and /or fined for growing a garden that didn’t conform to some ridicules zoning ordinances or building a tree house with out a permit. These are just a few examples of absurd codes, rules and regulations that are heaped upon otherwise law-abiding Americans.
• What most people are unaware of is the fact that the town, cities,and counties that are attempting to enforce the oppressive statutes, codes, rules, and regulations are, in fact , corporations listed with Dunn and Bradstreet as private companies. Each of these private companies also have a E.I.N. (corporate tax#) issued by the Internal Revenue Service.
• Based on the Supreme Court decision , “Clearfield Trust Co. V United States 318 U.S. 363-371 (1942) these quasi government entities acting in their corporate capacity must be willing and able to place into evidence a contract or commercial agreement signed by the alleged violator making him liable. Without establishing said liability, the moving party lacks jurisdiction.  Your State is a corporation. The jurisdiction of your State, like the corporate United States is “territorial” and extends only to those under the sovereignty of the State corporation. State and local governments of the United States share the same territory as the Federal Government. This is territory actually owned by the United States of America within each of the local governments. It does not include areas outside of ceded federal enclaves.
