There are three issues that are not being discussed in the news about Tax-Credit Scholarships.  New regulations were published by Sec of Ed Betsy DeVos published in the federal register July 2, 2019. Senator Ted Cruz  working hand in hand with DeVos wrote S 634 that will codify the regulations. These issues will strip local schools of total power, as well as, taxpayers and parents. 

1. These regulations are a POWER SHIFT away from a local school controlling their budgets toward federal encroachment.
2. These regulations prove a shift toward ZIP CODE EQUITY or regionalization. 
3. The regulations names an OMBUDSMAN to mandate DIRECT STUDENT SERVICES. 

These issues prepare the road of destruction to a school district’s tax base, elected officials, states’ rights, and supports the exodus of destroying neighborhood schools while giving federal and local/state tax money in a per pupil expenditure to families as a trade off.   Childabuseintheclassroom.com

Autry Pruitt is the CEO of New Journey PAC which is a new SuperPAC he started with the infamous Snerdley from the Rush Limbaugh show; this PAC is dedicated to pushing back against the left’s identity politics scam.
