About Leo Bletnitsky:

Leo Bletnitsky has been in the information technology field for over 26 years and has held numerous positions in IT and Security management as well as years of hands on implementation. Since 1996 Leo has been the President/CEO of Healthy Technology Solutions which specializes in Managed IT Services for SMB’s, Government, Education and Healthcare Organizations. Leo specializes in Infrastructure & Security Management, Virtualization, HIPAA Compliance and EHR Implementation and Selection. Leo has spoken to numerous groups regarding the benefits and dangers of Technology and Social Media to peers, businesses, and healthcare organizations as well as topics around Mergers and Acquisitions.

Leo has a diverse background and range of skills and interests including expertise in computer networking and security, is fluent in the Russian Language, 8 years with the US Coast Guard Reserves involved in International Relations as a Russian Interpreter, Search & Rescue and Law Enforcement Operations, previous membership on a Sheriff’s Department Scuba Diving/Recovery Team as well as graduation from the FBI Citizen’s Academy and a two Nevada Police Academies. Leo is also currently a part time State of Nevada Peace Officer (Deputy) and a Search and Rescue Volunteer.

Leo holds a B.A. in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of California at San Diego and a Graduate Certificate in National Security from the University of New Haven. Additionally, Leo holds numerous technology certifications including the HIPAA Security Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) and the Comptia Security + designation.
