Track Where You Spend Your Time

They say time is money. So if there's a "time bank" do you know how much time you have? Do you know where you spend your time? Shouldn't  you?

Time is the most limited resource we have as humans and we should be careful how we spend it. The fact is that we spend time whether we want to or not, but shouldn't we choose how to spend that time.

I can admit that I have a hard time making sure that I sepend my time productively, still tracking where I spend my time gives me a good idea on what I should or should not be working on.
