California DRE Broker law updates 2012

Listen in as we discuss a few of the new laws for 2012 including:

• SB 510 which allows brokers to appoint branch managers
• Escrow Activity reporting under 10146
• SB 706 - Duty to report criminal convictions to DRE
• DRE - reasonable costs of investigation can be sought by DRE for accusations (Business and Professions Code Section 10160)
