Joyce Smith was an intermediate software developer and corporate accounting manager for a 500 company. She is singer songwriter and was an executive producer on her debut album. Jj grew up in the small town of Pine Bluff Arkansas, she attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and Georgia State University in Altlanta Georgia. In the late 1980's she shared her life to amplify the voices of children and teens whose story and was quited and overlooked.
