B.I.T.C.H.: SALVATION FOR TROUBLED URBAN AMERICAN MALES

Quite often people looking to support youth are faced with the dilemma of deciding which group of youth in Urban America should have limited resources spent on them. The choice is between those who are greatest at risk to social demise, and those who display promise of becoming successful in society. The latter is similar to the parable of the “Prodigal Son” – We want and need to encourage and reward our young for positive behaviors, yet at the same time there is a responsibility to care for those who are gone astray.
