DEUTERONOMY 16:10 GIVE AS THE LORD BLESSES

Then you shall celebrate the Feast of Weeks to the Lord your God with a tribute of a freewill offering of your hand, which you shall give just as the Lord your God blesses you;

                Since the LORD owns everything, this free-will offering was required of them, however, there was no quantified amount specified.  They were to give according to how much god had blessed and they were to give it in a celebratory manner since it was a grateful acknowledgement of God’s goodness.  When we rejoice in His giving to us we must in return delight in aerving and sacrificing for Him.
