Whats going on the MTV Real World and Sports

This will be my very first premium  show I will  start doing these shows between  45 to 90 minutes a show.  This show I plan to combine both of the things that I've been doing sports and the real world and hope you guys can call in and give me your takes on both topics. The question that I want to know from the Real World standpoint  What are the qulaties  that make a good cast member.   Does the cast member need to be drama filled with tons of baggage and just starts fights out of nowhere. I will give my takes on who are the cast members from Real World Road Rules and the Challenges. The second part of my show will be olympic based  Who has caught your eye so far and what are some of the biggest surpises/upsets  of the games up untill this point.
