Host Junious Ricardo Stanton interviews long time promoter, event planner/producer Everett Staten who shares how he first got started as an event planner and how it eventually lead to the multi-city Black Expos of the 1990's.  Everett also talks about this year's Black History and Culture Showcase taking place April 18-20 in Philadelphia at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. This is the tenth year of the BHACS. The Showcase is a whole family event, it is free and open to the public.
