Gumbo Talk: Being comfortable in my own skin.

For this episode we take a look at why so many people feel their beautiful God made bodies are ugly. There seems to be an upturn in the world of people feeling less adequate due to their appearance that they begin to defeat themselves. Tearing themselves down because of so-called beauty standards: 36-24-36, clear skin, small feet, tall, fair complexion, straight hair, lighter hair, no or little booty, big boobs, straight white teeth, etc... 

This episode we will help to define beauty as being in the eye of the beholder. Someone is in this world to love someone else in this world just the way they are, without exception. Are you comfortable in the skin your in?
