Many of us have busy lives that include other people almost all the time. From where we do business to where we lay our heads for rest there is often someone else there. Our lives are inundated with other peoples issues and even their responsibilities. Whether your single, married, or in between; have children, raise children, or take care of someone else's kids; wealthy, poor, or comfortably paid; work, unemployed, or own a business, there are others around you. What do you do for an inner sanctum? Is it the bathroom, a closet, designated room, outdoor space, office, or a vehicle? Whatever it is or isn't you would be better off with one. There is a calm and a rejuvenation when you have moments alone. Having a place of peace is imperative to continue being the best we can be.
