Black Love Poetry Series welcomes you to Chocolate Nation's Library Of Naughty and Nice Reads.

Your Oral Diktion, with CEO/Host Poetess April J Armstrong, the Golden Voiced Intellectual welcomes Author & Publisher J. Cerrone.

Bio: J. Cerrone is a native of the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and spent some time as a youth residing in the Southside of Chicago, Illinois and in Harlem, New York City. J. Cerrone wrote his first work, “Prodigal,” at age nineteen, but chose to rewrite the book over ten years later, due to its true-to-life content. For a period of time, J. Cerrone held a steady job, but then turned to the streets in order to provide needed income for his family. After serving some jail-time and also serving time on house-arrest, he decided to pave a new path for himself and embarked upon writing a second book, “Illegal Life: A North Philly Story.” J. Cerrone then founded Paper-Chase Publications. In addition to being an author and the owner of Paper-Chase Publications, music lover and former deejay, J. Cerrone is an avid reader and lists Donald Goines and Mario Puzo among his favorite authors.
