Bio: Marcus Turner aka Black Phoenix a Lynchburg, Virginia native who migrated to Simpsonville South Carolina found his voice through poetry. Black Phoenix embodies humbleness but when on stage is a fiery phoenix. He is a multi-talented musician and brilliant writer whose awards include National Nerd Slam Champion, South Easter Regional Southern Fried Haiku Champion, and Greenville Slammaster.  

Bio: Cuzin Jae is a traditional Poet with deep roots in hip-hop.. He focuses on Story Telling, technical wordplay, and deliberate delivery to color his poetic passages.. Besides poetry he is one-half owner of J&J Productions, and that other J belongs to his wife Jackie..
