Mischa grew up in Venice, California. She studied within the University of Southern California’s SCA program and earned her degree in screenwriting from Chapman University. She wrote, produced, and directed the multiple award-winning child-trafficking feature, I AM STILL HERE, and has toured across the country as an Advocate and Speaker at Human Trafficking Awareness Events and social justice programs at universities. Her scripts have gone on to place in the top 10% in the 2019 Nicholl Fellowship and was a semifinalist at the Austin Film Festival.
