Closing MO'vember Wishing Good Health (Habits) to All Ye' Mighty MEN !

Healthcare, part of the Triple H Dilemma, obviously includes the healthcare of males, men & boys alike so as Mo'Vember comes to a close, what better way to close then with Men of course! & Two Men & 2 perspectives is how we do it on Boomer Talk.  So a little more discussion on Men's healthcare, on some causes of  the leading cause of death & disease in men, and what it can look like when men are depressed or anxious.  Suggestions & a few resources & lots of good ideas on how to help each other, especially during the holiday season. BTW (by the way) Looking out for one another is a form of Co'Liv'n * which is absolutely a good thing!!!
