Deirdre Maloney

Deirdre Maloney is an author, speaker, and self-proclaimed shame shifter, who is inspiring people to recognize their full potential in living a wholehearted life. She lives in Ontario, Canada with her husband and children.  "Dee" has a transformational life story, proving that the human spirit can suffer and still thrive. Her self-help book, "Unfold Me" walks the reader through the darker times in her life, then out of the shadows and into the light. This book is for anyone who has experienced the ups and downs of life. 

Deirdre is the founder of HighGate Racing; Canada’s largest all-female competitive cycling team with an initiative to keep young women in sport. Deirdre is also the co-founder of a women’s healing circle in her community; offering a safe environment for women to share their struggles.
