On June 28th Life Gets MoCrazy will have an interview with Thom Shea discussing how to lead during chaos, Why you fail to win, and Thom's new book Three Simple Things.

(Ret.) Senior Chief Thom Shea is the CEO of Adamantine Alliance, a unique leadership and demanding human performance training organization.

Before founding Adamantine Alliance, Thom served 23 years with distinguished Valor as a Navy SEAL. During his military career he served in three wars, ultimately leading a team of Navy SEALs into Afghanistan in 2009 where he earned a Silver Star, Bronze Star with Valor, Army Commendation with Valor and his second Combat Action Medal. He was hand-selected to serve as Officer In Charge of the famed SEAL Sniper course from 2009 – 2011.

He is the author of the national best-selling book, “UNBREAKABLE: A Navy SEAL’s Way of Life”.
Thom is the executive partner at Primal Quest LLC, the toughest multi-sport endurance event in the United States.
Thom also serves as Director of Business Development for BarberWind Turbines. BarberWind Turbines represents an entirely new design for wind turbines that is efficient, economical and available to produce energy worldwide.

This show will focus on leadership, mindset and creative opportunities that will create more luck in your outcomes when life becomes mocrazy- you encounter an unexpected life trauma. Each interviewee will share their strategies which will be specifically tied to the struggles surrounding TBI by host Jamie MoCrazy. Every interviewee will be a professional in various roles connected to leadership, mindset and creative growth or how to heal and strengthen your body physically. Each show will teach the listeners opportunities they can implement into their life to help positively react to a trauma.
