This is about how M.S. changed my life and those of my guests.

I was born a preemie. Shortly after my birth, I had a cardiac arrest, which led to my brain injury. This incident gave me a life of learning disabilities and health complications. When I turned 32-years old, I was diagnosed with M.S.

M.S. is the most debilitating neurological disease. When I was diagnosed with it, it changed my life. I continued to approach life as I always had: as a survivor!

That does not imply that I do not make mistakes along the way. As all people do when the road they are taking turns into a new one.

Through friendship, family, spirituality, and the many M.S. role models I have, I am beating back the monster of this disease. I've opened up my life to a journey of adventure. Learning things any normal person can do to enhance their lives after M.S.& brain injury.

It is a strange adventure, but it is an adventure!

A "Mess with M.S."

I'd love it if you'd join me in my journey, where we all can learn to be better versions of ourselves
