Winter is that time of year when nothing seems right to you and you don't want to work or play or do much of anything. I know I feel that way, so it is extra important to Exercise, Eat right, Take those vitamins and sleep well. Like most head injury victims, I can't seem to sleep more than 5 hours a night (and sleeping during the day is a lost cause). Oh well, I used to sleep well, so I guess I have a stash built up.

I'm going to talk tonight about the importance of keeping life going strong with strong and focused ideas and goals. Any time period is relatively short and spring is just around the corner. I try to keep focused by eating right, moving right, and thinking right. Sometimes I succeed better than other times. But not losing hope is key, if you're just hoping for better times, the brain doesn't know the diiference between what is true and what is simply a hope; so when they say, "Fake it until you make it, they couldn't be more right!"
