Tenant Crimes: The Walking Dead

Most renters that a landlord takes in are good, however there is the unholy person who is the tenant from hell. Many times these predators will commit crimes to avoid paying you rent and to buy time to stay longer in your house or apartment building. The very bold ones will attempt to steal your real estate away from you via "House Hijacking" or "Building Hijacking". 

Many of these crimes are not reported to the proper authorities, because most landlords or your basic home owner does not recognize "tenant crimes".

In this epidsode of "It's My House", we shall make you aware of the various "tenant/renter" crimes that do exist and what to do to turn the tables on renters who turn out to be criminals.
