Many people (with an entitlement mindset) think that "squatting" and "trespassing" have no connection, but they do for squatting IS trespassing !!!!!!! 

Many people who are legally miseducated believe that their act and occupation as a squatter is perfectly legal...............it is not. Squatting is tresspassing and trespassing comes in two flavors:

1. Civil Trespassing
2. Criminal Trespassing

Many squatters, House Hijackers, and other predators get away with these infractions because most landlord and homeowners do not know their "legal rights" or "legal options".
