Today on "It's My House" we are having a law study group session titled: "The Truth About Adverse Possesion".

Many people have been totally mis-educated and mis-informed on this topic.

Just for starters "breaking and entering" (a crime) into a house that you do not own and taking up unlawful residence without the permission of the lawful owner IS NOT ADVERSE POSSESION !!!!!!   It's a CRIME and that crime is called breaking and entering.  To that you can add on tresspassing, conversion, and more crimes and civil infractions.

We shall revel to you what adverse possesion really is and how to protect yourself both as a owner of real estate, but also as the misinformed person who thinks what they are doing is legal, but its NOT ! .
