Homeowner Law Clinic - Understanding The Police

Today on "It's My House" we shall have a "Homeowner Law Clinic" to discuss "understanding the Police".

Many people get mad or frustrated with the police because they expect the Police to be a certain way or do certain things of which many times they are not empowered to do.  Often times people will call the police to handle something that might have happened in your home.  They come out, the person makes a complaint, but there is no arrest..........and maybe that is what the person wanted............an arrest.

We shall discuss what the Police CAN and CAN NOT DO when a homeowner makes a call to our local Police.
