Building Social Capital via House Parties

Today on "It's My House" on how to build your "Social Capital" by organizing "house parties".  House parties are not the only "social" event that you can organize, you can also organize "brunches", "teas", "dinners", "block parties", "bbq's", or anything that you would like to call it.

A fast way to build your network is to have "no pressure" social events.  Organizing "cruises" would be a more involved social event, but it is a powerful social event.
