Today on "It's My House" we shall discuss how "Health Is Wealth".  The best form of wealth that anyone can have is a healthy body. What good is it to have  $1,000,000.00 if you are suffering from bad health ?  The answer is, it's not good at all.

Your "good" health is wealth and it is your most valuable form of with.  Here are some health tips:

  1. Make sure are well hydrated on a daily basis. That means drinking at least 2 liters - 4 liters of water daily.
  2. Keep "physically active" on a daily basis.
  3. Eat "fresh" foods.  NOT canned or processed foods, but fresh "Raw Foods".
  4. Keep, maintain, and gain "social connections"
