Black Wall Street vs Black Towns Land Trust

Today on "It's My House" we shall discuss the possibility of purchasing a historial "Black Towns" landmark.  The building built by the late Napoleon Davis (the tipee building).......aka............Oklahoma Creek Freedmen Association & Shrine.  After the passing of Napoleon the property found its way in the hands of other people. The property "might" be for sale...........however proper channels need to be observered including forming a legal contract to purchase and then placing the transaction into escrow with a sound title company for a title search must be done.
