Black Wall Street (The Back Story)

Today on "It's My House" we shall cover the UNTOLD back story of the "CLASS RIOT"  that (looked like a "race riot") in Tulsa, Oklahoma during the year of 1921.

Many people believe that the "Greenwood" neighborhood of Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1921 was attacked because it was a  African American community.  (Maybe) that was the case.................however..........was there anything that could have been done behand to prevent such negative events from happening ?
