People are creatures of HABIT and learn to become comfortable with habits regardless if these habits are beneficial.
Habits are basically ones behavior, conduct, thought process, tradition or lifestyle. It is what one repeatedly does; when set in place, operation in these habits require little to no thought.
For example: Butterfly Evolution promotes “The Trash Can Concept” This concept requires that one moves his or her trash can from one location to another and from there monitor how often he/she returns to its previous location. When practiced, this serves as a reminder of how the mind preserves even the insignificant routines of life. Certainly, there is nothing incorrect with memorizing the location of your trash can but this is a metaphor that allows you to recognize how long it takes you to adapt and remember the new location of the trash can.
