Deadbeat Dads : How they've Affected this Generation

How can a father plant his seed and never return to either water, nurture or even fertilize it? How can a man allow his role in his own childs life to be no more than that of a sperm donor? What real father allows systems like welfare, foodstamps and section 8 to financially support, feed and house his seed?
