LaToya M. Williams is the Director of Football Operations & Liaison to Academics at Jackson State University. A SWAC veteran, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the position having spent the majority of her 20-year career establishing athletic academic programs at several SWAC institutions.

In addition to cultivating talent and building brand awareness, Williams was a regular on the hit reality show “Deion’s Family Playbook,” served as the College and Career Readiness Coordinator, Director of Football & Baseball Operations at Prime Prep Academy and Triple A Prime U, and was Director of Deion Sander’s Prime 21 Under Armour Skills Camp. Prior to assuming the aforementioned roles, she was the Executive Director for Mo Williams Academy in Dallas, TX and Director of Athletic Media Relations and Communications at Alcorn State University. 

Williams graduated from Alcorn State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science/Pre-Law. She also received a Masters of Education degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in Health, Physical Education and Recreation from Alcorn State.  Ms. Williams completed studies at the Barbara Jordan Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs at Texas Southern University, receiving a Master’s of Public Affairs with a concentration in Human Resource Management.
