Maulana Dotch is the General Manager of Hermann Park Golf Course in Houston, TX. She graduated from Bethune Cookman University with a B.A. in Accounting and played two seasons on the Futures, now Symetra, Tour. Later, she earned her PGA Membership and LPGA Teaching & Coaching membership. She is the first African American woman in Texas and second African American woman in America to earn her Class A PGA Membership.

She began as an Assistant Professional working and creating golfers at Cedar Crest Golf Course in Dallas, TX. She later moved into the Head Professional role there.

Ms. Dotch has been involved with the Northern Texas Section of the PGA and several National Committees. Currently, she is a member of PGA Works Championship Committee.

In November of 2014, Dotch created and hosted the Maulana Dotch Ladies Pro-Am to raise money for Girls Golf. Shortly after the event in 2015, she was inducted into the Texas Black Sports Hall of Fame. In 2016 and 2017 she hosted the Maulana Dotch Golf Classic which helped to bring awareness to the importance of kids playing golf.
