Esé Ighedosa, Esq. is President of House of Athlete, a lifestyle wellness brand, overseeing an exciting portfolio of businesses including House of Athlete Apparel, Supplements, and Fitness Facilities, as well as House3 Studio production company. 

Ighedosa grew up in Kansas City, MO, before attending Hampton University where she was a standout volleyball player. She graduated with an honors degree in political science. She continued her education at Florida A&M University College of Law. After earning her Juris Doctorate in 2013, Ighedosa joined NFL Films and oversaw licensing.

Following her tenure with NFL Films, Ighedosa shifted within the NFL to work in legal & business affairs at the NFL Office. There, she co-founded & co-chaired the Black Engagement Network, an employee resource group that looks to enhance the NFL’s engagement of its Black employees and the diverse community. Ighedosa also strived to create change through the Black ERG Collective.

After nearly five years with the NFL & NFL Films, Ighedosa served as Associate Counsel for the Carolina Panthers & Tepper Sports & Entertainment. Within her first year, she founded STRIDE, the first official Black employee resource group at an NFL team. Ese is also a founding Advisory Board member of the Pro Sports Assembly.
