Ebony Jackson was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. She started her career in the banking industry working for Chase and Wells Fargo. She went on to receive her bachelor’s degree in Sports and Fitness Management from Troy University in 2014. She then attended Northwestern State University in Louisiana and graduated with her master’s degree in Adult Learning and Development in 2017.

Jackson started her professional career as a graduate assistant within the Northwestern State ticket office. She then went on to Central Arkansas where she served as the Ticket Manager. She stayed at Central Arkansas for 18 months before going back to her alma mater and accepting Troy University’s Assistant Athletics Director for Ticket Operations under Director of Athletics, Jeremy McClain.

During the summer of 2021, Jackson received an offer at the University of California, Berkeley. She is now the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations for the Golden Bears.
