Shontee Bryant is Assistant Athletic Director for the DC Interscholastic Athletics Association (DCIAA) and a Mindset Life Coach. She oversees cheer, basketball, flag football, soccer, bowling, stunt, the opportunity league, and all elementary school sports for the DC public schools.

Shontee is a graduate of Seton Hall University, where she earned a B.A. in Sociology/English and a M.S. in Jurisprudence (Concentration: Intellectual Property). While at Seton Hall, she was a member of the track and field team and won numerous awards and recognitions.

After injury sidelined her professional track and field career, Shontee moved to Florida to manage the City of Miramar's Ansin Sports Complex. There, she assisted USA Track and Field Florida Association (USATF-FL) and the International Association of Athetlics Federation with bringing the 2010 NACAC U-23 Championships to American soil. She also partnered with USATF-FL, the International Paralympic Committee, and the US Olympic Committee to bring the 2010 Paralympics Track & Field National Championships.

Shontee remains involved with track and field by working with local track meet management timing companies and various track and field invitationals. She also supports her daughter who participates in high school track and field.
