Dr. Keonna Farmer is an award-winning former athlete and expert in preparing young student-athletes for success beyond school and sports. She helps student-athletes transition into adulthood and develop personal growth.

A graduate of University of Alabama at Birmingham, she received a bachelor's in communication management and a master's in adult continuing education with a concentration in sports management and physical education.

Farmer is a Basketball Wall of Famer, record breaker, and award-winning former athlete turned highly sought-out forward-thinking and thought-provoking educational consultant, community engagement consultant, and young visionary. She's been seen on Netflix's We Are the Champions, featured in BRAINZ magazine as an executive contributor, made headlines as a TEDx speaker, and gained public and professional respect for her endeavors, success, and community involvement.

Her nonprofit organization “Champs and Success” specializes in helping young adults, teenagers, and student-athletes transition into adulthood and become successful champions in different aspects of life. Her organization aims to provide education, resources, mentorship, leadership skills, and mindset tips along with leveraging corporate positions, credit, and entrepreneurship.
