Natalie White is Senior VP of the Los Angeles Sparks. In this role, she has led core business operations, overseeing Ticket Sales, Sponsorship, PR, Marketing, Game Operations, Community Relations, and Youth Sports. She also served as Interim President and
COO.

Under her leadership, the Sparks won back-to-back WNBA Ticket Sales Franchise of the Year Awards and led the league in attendance. In addition, her marketing efforts helped the Sparks earn the WNBA Marketing Franchise of the Year Award and WNBA Business Franchise of the Year Award.

White worked for the Atlanta Dream from 2009-2017, first as Senior Director of Sales and ultimately as VP of Basketball Operations. 

Prior to the WNBA, White worked for NIKE for 10 years. She also founded Natalie White Basketball, LLC and A10TION Foundation, Inc. Currently, she's leading the efforts to renovate a gym in her hometown.

White earned a B.S. in communications and a M.S. in sports managemen from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU). She played basketball at FAMU and was named MEAC Player of the Year. She previously held the NCAA Division-I record for career steals and most steals as a freshman. She was also named to the FAMU Hall of Fame and inducted into the MEAC Hall of Fame.
