Karley Berry enters her fourth season at the National Football League as Director of Football Operations. In this role, she leads the League’s partnership with HBCU’s and supports the development and implementation of pipeline initiatives aimed at growing opportunities for coaches, front office executives, and football development. Based in Los Angeles, she is also responsible for liaising and collaborating with NFL Media on initiatives impacting football operations.

Prior to this role, Karley served as the Senior Manager of Game Operations, safeguarding competitive equity and game integrity with compliance efforts to ensure consistent, timely, and effective policy education, monitoring, and enforcement across all 32 clubs. She came to the NFL after serving as the Special Assistant to the Commissioner at the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC).

Karley earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State in 2015 while working with the Penn State Football team as a recruiting assistant. In 2018, she earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina, School of Law while supporting the Athletics Compliance department.
