Alva Amaker is a veteran educator and consultant with over 25 years of experience across health, athletics, and community education. Alva has professionally served as a high school educator, athletic administrator, basketball official, and emergency medical technician. 

She is CEO of A&A Athletic Consulting, LLC and Vigilance Safety Training Center.  Her expertise includes but is not limited to program development, operations and facilities management, emergency preparedness, and response.

Alva holds a BS Degree in Health and Physical Education, M.Ed in Organizational Leadership, NCS4 National Sports Safety and Security Professional Development Certificate, NIAAA Certified Athletic Administrator, and is a candidate as a ICTC Civility Master Trainer. She is passionate about creating and maintaining sports environments that are conducive to the overall well-being of the athletes, spectators, and staff.
