A musical painter with his words, Toy Brandon grew up in the city of Baton Rouge, LA. Influenced from an early age by his city, family, and various genres of music, Toy began experimenting with the art form known as “beat boxing” at the age of 11 with his older cousins. As he progressed in his musical creativity, Toy Brandon became engulfed in the local Louisiana southern-style Hip Hop scene.  Heavily inspired by local Hip Hop celebrity Z-ro Mo City Don, Toy’s music reflects a harmonic relationship between him and life in Baton Rouge.  At 13, Toy released his first single entitled “I Feel Played” off his debut mixtape The Switch Up- a song that narrates the heartbreak of teenage love. Since the release of his single and mixtape, Toy Brandon has received local stardom and a steadily building fanbase.

Currently, Toy is working on releasing his next mixtape called Most Hated later this year. You can find his latest news, music, and updates on Facebook: Toy Brandon.
