U.S. Coronavirus cases are rising and 31 states hit a one-day record high in October. As we move into the holiday season, health officials believe cases could spike during even small gatherings. And, some say recent announcements about the federal government’s plan for administering a COVID-19 vaccine could leave Black and Brown communities out in the cold.

At 11:15 a.m. Monday, Professor Jasmin Tiro joins In the Middle host Ashley Moss to talk about the Impact of COVID-19 on Black and Latino Communities in North Texas, why COVID-19 is so dangerous for those with pre-existing conditions and then will help dispel common COVID-19 myths.

Plus, The Marketing Lady Tasha Polk Hearns joins at 12:00 p.m. to share how she balances work and family life, her career path and her tips for building a business successfully during the pandemic.

We want to hear from you!

What questions do you have about COVID-19 or starting a business? Do you think your financial well-being will be tied to the outcome of the election?

Comment below, join us in the show chat tomorrow right here on the @TexasMetroNews Facebook from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. or tweet @byAshleyMoss to join the conversation.
