Marlins Mayhem Week 10

Episode 14: Jason Bryant Jennings and Brandon Elliott, Head Coach of Virginia Wesleyan Softball recap the weekend and preview upcoming games.  VWU holds an overall record of 28-0 after sweeping Guilford on Senior Day.  In the first game, Kierseten Richardson went 3-for-4 with a HR and 2 RBI.  Cassetty Howerin also collected a HR going 2-for-2 with three RBI.  Hull picked up the "W" going three innings giving up only one hit and collecting four strikeouts.  The final score was (9-0 5innings).  G2 saw more offensive power as the Marlins won (10-1 5innings).  Richardson added another HR along with going 2-for-3 with three RBI.  Hull and Hall combined for six strikeouts allowing four hits.  Hull had five of the strikeouts over her three innings in the circle.  Up next the Marlins travel to Christopher Newport on Wednesday with a 5PM (DH), Saturday for a 3PM (DH) at Randolph and Sunday for a 1PM (DH) at Shenandoah.  Coach Elliott Twitter, Marlins Softball Twitter, Marlins Softball Facebook, Clutch Play Radio Twitter, Clutch Play Radio Facebook
